This legal notice identifies the person responsible for RefillMath, explains how to contact her and sets out the basic rules for using the site. It applies to every page, calculator and article published on refillmath.com.

RefillMath is an independent website that shows what GLP-1 medicines cost in the United States depending on how you pay. It is run by one person from Spain, so this page follows the information duties of Spanish law.

Who runs RefillMath

The owner of the website and the person responsible for its content is Esther Luna Bendicho, a private individual based in Spain. RefillMath is not a company, a pharmacy, an insurer or a public body.

Under Article 10 of Spain’s Law 34/2002 on information society services, a website owner must give visitors easy, free access to their identifying details. This legal notice is where we publish them.

Why the editor uses a pen name

Articles are signed by Maren Ellis, which is the pen name of the owner named above. It is a pen name, not a separate person, and not a doctor, pharmacist or financial advisor. The real identity of the person responsible is the one given in this legal notice.

How to contact us

The fastest way to reach us is the contact form. Messages go straight to the owner, and we aim to reply within 5 working days. You can also write to the postal address in the table above.

If you need the owner’s tax identification number (NIF) for a legal or official purpose, ask for it through the contact form and we will send it to you.

What the site does and does not do

  • It publishes prices and official savings programs, each with the date it was checked and a link to the source.
  • It does not sell medicines, take orders or earn commissions from pharmacies or telehealth companies.
  • It does not give medical, financial, insurance or legal advice. Our Disclaimer explains these limits.
  • It is not affiliated with any drug maker, pharmacy, insurer or government agency.

Intellectual property

The texts, tables, charts and calculators on RefillMath belong to the owner unless stated otherwise. You may quote short parts with a link to the original page. Copying whole pages or tools requires written permission.

Drug and company names, such as Zepbound, Wegovy, Ozempic, Mounjaro, Eli Lilly and Novo Nordisk, are trademarks of their owners. We use them only to identify the products we discuss.

Privacy, cookies and terms

How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy, and the cookies we use are listed in our Cookie Policy. The rules for using the site are in our Terms and Conditions. This legal notice should be read together with those pages.

Applicable law

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law, because the owner is established in Spain. Nothing in it removes rights that consumer law in your own country gives you.

The site is written for readers in the United States, but its owner lives in Spain. Spanish law asks website owners established in Spain to publish who they are, so we do.

Is Maren Ellis a real person?

Maren Ellis is the pen name of the owner, Esther Luna Bendicho. We say so openly here and on the About Us page.

How do I report a wrong price?

Use the contact form and choose “Report a price or error”. Confirmed errors are fixed, and significant ones are listed on our Corrections page.

Does anyone pay RefillMath to publish content?

No. We publish no sponsored content. Any ads you see are display ads served by Google, and they are not endorsements.

We update this page when the owner’s details or the way the site works change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
