This cookie policy explains which cookies RefillMath uses today, which ones Google ads would add in the future, and how you will be able to accept, reject or change them.
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Some are needed for the site to work. Others help count visits or let Google show ads. Right now RefillMath sets no analytics or advertising cookies, so there is no cookie banner yet.

Table of Contents
Cookie policy at a glance: 3 types of cookies
| Type | What it does | Used today? | Needs your consent? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Necessary | Keeps the site working; for readers this means no cookie at all today | No reader cookies | No |
| Analytics | Counts visits and shows which pages are used | No | Yes, if we add it |
| Advertising | Lets Google show ads, limit how often you see them and measure them; personalizes ads if you allow it | No (not until Google ads start) | Yes |
Cookies we use today
None for readers. You can read every page and use every calculator without RefillMath storing a cookie in your browser. The calculators work with the numbers you type and do not save them.
The site editor gets WordPress login cookies when signing in to manage the site. Readers do not get them, so they are outside the scope of this cookie policy.
Cookies Google ads would add
We plan to show display ads from Google AdSense. Before any advertising cookie is set, a consent message from Google will ask for your choice, and this cookie policy will be updated on the same day. These are the main cookies Google lists for its ads:
| Cookie | Set by | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| __gads | Google AdSense | Lets the site show Google ads | 13 months |
| IDE | Shows Google ads on sites like this one and personalizes them if you allow it | 13 months in the EEA, UK and Switzerland; 24 months elsewhere |
Google may use other cookies for the same purposes. Its own page on how Google uses cookies lists them with their durations.
How you will accept or reject cookies
- When Google ads start, a consent message will appear on your first visit, before any advertising cookie is set.
- You will be able to accept, reject or choose by purpose.
- You will be able to change your choice later from a link on the site.
- You can always delete cookies in your browser settings.
Rejecting cookies will not stop the site from working. Every page and every calculator stays available.
Our cookie policy and Google ads
Once ads run, rejecting advertising cookies tells Google not to use cookies to personalize the ads you see. You may still see ads based on the page you are reading.
You can also turn off personalized ads for every site that uses Google ads in Google Ads Settings, or opt out of some other ad companies at aboutads.info. Google explains how it uses information from sites that use its services.
Changes to this cookie policy
When we add or remove a cookie, we update the tables above and the date at the top of this page. How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy, and who runs the site is in our Legal Notice.
Cookie policy: common questions
Why is there no cookie banner?
Because the site sets no analytics or advertising cookies today. A consent message will appear before Google ads start.
Does RefillMath use Google Analytics?
Not at the moment. If we add it, it will only run after you consent, and this cookie policy will list its cookies first.
Do the calculators use cookies?
No. The calculators work in your browser with the numbers you type, and they do not save them in cookies or send them to us.
Will I see ads if I reject cookies?
Once ads run, yes, but they will not be personalized with cookies. Google can still choose ads from the content of the page.
Who can I ask about this cookie policy?
