How to report a wrong price
A good report helps us check the figure quickly. When you contact us about a price, please include:
- The page where you saw the figure.
- The price, date or rule you think is wrong.
- If you can, a link to the official page that shows the right figure.
- The day you saw it, because prices and program terms change during the year.
We check every report against the official source before we change anything. If the report is right, we update the page and its check date. If the error meets the criteria on our Corrections page, we also add it to the public log.
What happens after you contact us
- We read your message and open the page you mention.
- If it is about a figure, we compare it with the official source.
- We reply by email, with a link to the source we checked.
- If something on the site was wrong, we fix it and tell you when the page has been updated.
What we cannot help with
- Medical questions, including doses, side effects or which medicine to take. Please ask your doctor or pharmacist.
- Your own insurance claim, prior authorization or pharmacy order. Your insurer, your pharmacy or the manufacturer’s support line can look at your case. If you have Medicare, Medicare.gov has tools to compare and manage your plan.
- Advertising, sponsored posts or affiliate offers. We do not accept them.
Please do not send health information, insurance member IDs or other personal details when you contact us. We do not need them to answer you.

How long does it take to get a reply?
We aim to reply within five business days. A report that needs us to check several official sources can take a little longer, and we will tell you if it does.
Can I call RefillMath?
We do not have a phone line. The form keeps every request in writing, which lets us check it against the source and reply with links you can open yourself.
Can you tell me which savings program I qualify for?
We cannot review your personal case. Our pages link to each manufacturer’s official program page, where the full eligibility terms are published, and the manufacturer can confirm whether you qualify. Our guides explain the general rules, such as the type of insurance a program accepts, so you know what to ask.
Can I suggest a medicine or a tool you do not cover yet?
Yes. Choose “Question about the site” and tell us what you would like to see. We read every suggestion, and we add a medicine or a tool when we can back every figure in it with an official source.
Do you publish the messages you receive?
No. We do not publish messages, names or email addresses. If your report leads to a correction, the entry on our Corrections page describes the error, not the person who reported it.
